This game was released on October 10, 2017 and is no longer available to pre-order. Any incentives that were offered are listed below.

Monolith Productions is working on a sequel to Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, the award-winning action-adventure game set in Tolkien’s universe. Titled Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the upcoming game is set between the events in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings and features ranger Talion and wraith Celebrimbor, returning characters from the previous installment. Wielding a new Ring of Power, the two will confront Sauron and his Ringwraiths, and lead massive armies to conquer Mordor.

The game will be out on current-gen consoles and Steam. It is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, allowing Xbox One and Windows 10 gamers to play on both platforms with a single purchase.
