Our World Is Ended follows an eccentric group of young developers calling themselves Judgement 7, who are working on an augmented reality game engine capable of changing the landscape in real time. One day, they catch a glimpse of Tokyo in ruins through their AR headset, and the boundaries between the digital and the physical begin to blur in dangerous ways.

My Time at Portia is a role-playing and life simulation game developed by Chinese studio Pathea and published by Team 17. The protagonist arrives at the charming town of Portia with the intention of taking over their father’s old workshop. Countless activities are available in the game including crafting, farming, fighting monsters and dungeon crawling, romance and marriage, befriending pets, and so on.

Saints Row: The Third – The Full Package is an open-world action-adventure game in which the players take on the role of the leader of the 3rd Street Saints street gang and fight a powerful criminal organization, the Syndicate, in the city of Steelport.

Saints Row: The Third has been out on last-gen platforms for a few years, and now Nintendo Switch is getting its turn. Mortal Kombat 11 is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. It features a roster of new and returning fighters – 25 in total at launch – and a cinematic story mode which follows the events of the previous installment.

Numerous changes were made to the gameplay mechanics, such as separation of the meter into horizontal (offensive) and vertical (defensive), as well as addition of Fatal Blows, which become available when he player’s health drops below 30%.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission is a strategic card battle game featuring over 350 characters from the entire Dragon Ball franchise. It is developed by Japanese studio DIMPS and published by Bandai Namco, and is the first title in the series to see a Western release.

The game is set in an alternate universe where the Dragon Ball card game is the most popular form of entertainment. When villains from the game suddenly appear in the real world and start wreaking havoc, it is up to protagonist Beat – a card player aspiring to become the world champion – to team up with famous Dragon Ball heroes and save the day. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is a 3v3 tag fighting game developed by nWay, a studio more commonly known for free-to-play mobile games. It offers three modes – Casual, Ranked, and Story – as well as cross-platform play.

The game’s starting roster comprises Tommy, Gia, Jason, Lord Drakkon, Goldar, Kat Manx, Mastodon Sentry, Ranger Slayer, and Magna Defender. According to the developer, more current and classic Rangers will be added as DLC post-launch.

Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World is the latest installment in the Atelier franchise developed by Gust and published in the West by Koei Tecmo. In a departure from the past titles, it focused on town building rather than alchemy, although it still retains the familiar elements of resource gathering, battles, and synthesis.

The player takes on the role of Nelke, a young noblewoman who longs to become an alchemist, but lacks the talent. After she is appointed the governor of a frontier village, it falls to her to develop it into a thriving city. Legendary alchemists from the previous Atelier games come together to help her along the way.

R.B.I. Baseball 19 is the latest installment in the long-running Major League Baseball game series. The upcoming title allows the players to develop and manage their MLB squad across multiple seasons, play as all-time greats like Jackie Robinson or Ted Williams, and enjoy ranked or friendly exhibition games via online multiplayer. It promises revamped physics for more realism, a bigger and better soundtrack, and weekly roster updates throughout the regular season.

RemiLore: Lost Girl in the Lands of Lore is a roguelite hack-and-slash game with colorful anime-style visuals. It is developed by Pixellore along with REMIMORY, both South Korean indie companies, with physical release handled by Nicalis.

The game follows the adventures of an ordinary schoolgirl, Remi, who finds herself transported to a fantastical world of Ragnoah alongside a talking magic book Lore. The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame is an open-world action-adventure title, which like its predecessor is developed by TT Games and published by Warner Bros. Like the name suggests, it is based on The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part and is slated two weeks after the film’s release.

Similarly to the first installment, The LEGO Movie 2 Videogame is played from a third-person perspective, with the player taking control of returning and new characters. The game is to feature cutscenes from the film to accompany missions.

Steins;Gate Elite is a visual novel developed by Mages (formerly 5pb) and published by Spike Chunsoft as a part of the Science Adventure series. It follows a ragtag group of tech-savvy students who discover a means to change the past and get in over their heads when agents of SERN, an organization hellbent on world domination, come knocking on their door.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a fighting game co-developed by Bandai Namco and Sora Ltd., and published by Nintendo for their Switch console. The game can be played locally or online, and in TV, tabletop, or handheld modes. In addition to the ever-popular multiplayer, it features a single-player campaign.

Like its predecessors, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a crossover title starring characters from Nintendo as well as various third-party franchises. Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is a Wonder Boy-inspired side-scrolling action-adventure game developed by Game Atelier and published by FDG Entertainment, with the retail release of PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions handled by Sega.

Players step into the shoes of the titular Monster Boy, who can transform into six different creatures – each with their own unique abilities – and set out to explore the game’s colorful world, find powerful equipment, and battle huge bosses in 15 hours of adventure.

Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! are paired Pokemon games developed by Game Freak for Nintendo Switch exclusively. Both are remakes of the classic Pokemon Yellow, taking place in the Kanto region, and featuring the original 151 Pokemon.

Depending on the game version, Pikachu or Eevee becomes the player’s partner, accompanying them through their adventure by riding atop their head (Eevee) or hanging off their shoulder (Pikachu). GRIP: Combat Racing is an arcade combat racer developed by an indie studio Caged Element. The gameplay is inspired by the 90s title Rollcage, and it is worked on by one of its original programmers. Of course, technology has come a long way since then, and so GRIP runs on the latest-and-baddest Unreal Engine 4.

The game’s tracks are set on a variety of exotic planets, and feature destructible structures that can be used against one’s opponents. The pickups include not only power-ups, but all sorts of heavy weaponry as well. GRIP: Combat Racing offers both split-screen and online multiplayer.

My Hero: One’s Justice is an anime-style fighting game developed by Byking and published by Bandai Namco. Based on the popular manga and anime series My Hero Academia, it allows the players to step into the shoes of either heroes or villains, experience the story from each perspective, and unleash powerful Quirks upon their enemies.

The game features destructible environments based on various locations from the original series. A sidekick system lets the player pick two helpers to perform powerful combos with, albeit the game is still one-on-one and not a tag team fighter. Warriors Orochi 4 is a one-versus-thousands beat ’em up game from Omega Force and Koei Tecmo, the latest in the crossover series Warriors Orochi that combines characters from Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors. The game adds several Olympian gods to the mix, which makes for an impressive roster of 170 playable characters.

As the story goes, the heroes of the Three Kingdoms and the Warring States are brought back to the world of Orochi by Zeus himself. His demigod son Perseus rises to fight his meddling father alongside them. Mega Man 11 is an action platformer developed by Capcom in celebration of the series’ 30th anniversary. The game is said to blend classic side-scrolling gameplay with new features and a fresh new look, featuring 2.5D visual style and utilizing 3D polygonal characters and environments rather than pixel art.

Players once more step into the shoes of Mega Man, and set out to defeat Dr. Wily’s eight Robot Masters, steal their abilities, and save the day.
