With over 15 years in the making, Age of Empires finally makes its return in the form of Age of Empires 4. Age of Empires takes you back in time to some of the most important points in human history while also putting you at the center of it all. Developed by Relic Entertainment and published by Xbox Game Studios, see your kingdom through prosperity and peril in this real-time strategy game.

Play as one of eight civilizations each with unique attributes and cultures from the Holy Roman Empire to the Mongols. Locate resources and establish your kingdom’s economy and architecture. Age of Empires 4 will be playable on Microsoft Windows and will be available this autumn.

The game features 4 story campaigns, each campaign focuses on a different historical figure and plays out events they encountered throughout their reign. Campaigns feature succession and will see you playing as the descendants of the leaders you have chosen as well.
