Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 Box Art

This game was released on October 25, 2016 and is no longer available to pre-order. Any incentives that were offered are listed below.

Xenoverse 2 is an upcoming Dragon Ball game developed by Dimps and published by Bandai. Much like its predecessor, it combines action, fighting, and RPG elements, and features an online hub where players can shop, fight, and undertake quests. The new hub, Conton City, is now seven times larger and supports up to 300 players on the same server. Players can get around using hover boards, and it is also possible to fly in certain areas after acquiring the ability to do so.

Plot-wise, the sequel takes place two years after the events of the first Xenoverse. Player joins the Time Patrol as a fresh recruit and fights to prevent villains from altering the Dragon Ball history. This time they also get to jump back in time to infiltrate Frieza’s army and even try to become the Cosmic Emperor.
