Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a fighting game co-developed by Bandai Namco and Sora Ltd., and published by Nintendo for their Switch console. The game can be played locally or online, and in TV, tabletop, or handheld modes. In addition to the ever-popular multiplayer, it features a single-player campaign.
Like its predecessors, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a crossover title starring characters from Nintendo as well as various third-party franchises. In addition to every fighter from past Super Smash Bros. titles – including those released as DLC – the game’s roster adds newcomers such as Inkling from Splatoon and Ridley from Metroid, bringing the total number of playable characters up to 72.
At the time of writing, the following retailers were offering pre-order incentives for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate:
- GameStop: a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate double-sided poster.

- Amazon: $10 promotional credit for Prime members.
- Newegg: 8% discount (or $5 off) the standard edition of the game.
