Titled Everybody’s Golf, the latest game in Sony’s long-running Hot Shots Golf series brings the iconic gameplay to current-gen consoles. The game retains its classic three-click shot mechanic, resulting in a fun and accessible golfing experience for fans and new players.

Dead Alliance is a team-based multiplayer FPS developed by Psyop Games and IllFonic, and published by Maximum Games. Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland roamed by hordes of zombies, it pits two teams of four players against each other in modes like Capture and Hold, King of the Hill, Free for All, Team Deathmatch, and even Zombie-MOBA. There is also a solo survival mode where the player has to survive increasing waves of the undead.
More than just a nuisance, the wandering zombies can be made to attack and distract the enemy players by using gadgets called zMods. Examples of these include the P.A.M. pheromone grenade, which turns the undead caught in its blast into your minions, and the Trailer, which attracts all nearby zombies to its location.

The player is stranded on an island filled with dinosaurs and other prehistoric species, and they must craft weapons, acquire food, and build shelter to survive. The dinosaurs can be tamed and used as mounts, including flying and underwater species. The game has both single-player and multiplayer modes with private and official servers, the latter of which include large scale PvP battles.
The preview version of ARK: Survival Evolved has been out on Steam and other platforms for some time, and the game is now approaching a full release, including boxed versions and premium editions sold at retail.

Madden NFL 18, the latest installment in EA’s long-running American football franchise, is the first one to be powered by the company’s proprietary Frostbite engine. In addition to the graphical improvements, this also means the game features a story mode, another first for the series.
Three different playstyles are offered – Arcade, Simulation, and Competitive – which provide different experiences tailored to a certain type of gamer. There is also a new Play Now Live mode, which allows the player to play matches from the real-life NFL schedule with up-to-date rosters and custom commentary.

F1 2017 is a racing simulator developed by Codemasters for current-gen consoles and PC. As the official Formula One game, it includes all 20 race tracks, 20 drivers, and 10 teams from the 2017 season. The title also brings back a total of 12 classic cars for use in several game modes, one of which is available with the Day One edition detailed after the jump.
New features in F1 2017 include an expanded, non-linear career mode, various multiplayer enhancements, and a completely new Championships mode with unique Medals and Unlocks.

The Escapists 2 is a sandbox prison break simulator in which the player assumes the role of an inmate intent on escaping. LawBreakers is a multiplayer first-person shooter developed by Boss Key Productions, for whom this will be their first release. While originally planned as a free-to-play title, it will now be getting a paid release on PlayStation 4 and Steam, with the standard “Core Edition” being priced at $29.99.
The game features eight “gravity-defying” maps optimized for fast-paced, omni-directional combat. There is a total of 18 characters, each with their own unique abilities, with more likely to come post launch. Players can choose from five game modes, such as Overcharge (capture-and-escort) and Turf War (zone control), which veterans of class-based shooters will find familiar.

The game is steeped in Celtic and Norse mythology, and follows the titular character, Senua, on her haunting and perilous journey into a hellish underworld to fight for the soul of her dead lover.

Aven Colony is a sci-fi themed city building game developed by indie studio Mothership Entertainment. While the game’s beta version was already made available via itch.io, the full launch is handled by publisher Team 17, which will be releasing the title on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
The game tasks players with building a settlement on an extrasolar planet, Aven Prime, and providing the arriving human colonists with adequate living quarters, food, oxygen, and other resources. The new-built city also has to cope with threats such as extreme weather and alien lifeforms.

Fortnite is a co-op survival game developed by People Can Fly and Epic Games, and published by Gearbox. After an apocalypse that made 98% of the world’s population vanish and unleashed hordes of monsters, the remaining Heroes have to band together and scavenge for items, build shelter, and craft weapons and traps to survive.
Fortnite will go free-to-play in 2018, but this article is concerning the Early Access period starting July 25, for which you have to purchase one of the digital Founder’s Packs to play (Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, or Limited). The Zodiac Age is a HD remaster of the Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System version, which was released in Japan back in 2007 but never ported West, contrary to its name. In addition to remastered character models and cutscenes, the upcoming release also includes a new trial mode which involves hunting monsters in 100 different maps, newly recorded background music, and support for trophies.

MotoGP 17 is a motorcycle racing game from Italian developer Milestone. Based on the 2017 world championship season, it includes all this year’s riders, teams, tracks, the new rules, and the Red Bull Rookies Cup championship. A total of 110 official riders and 76 historical riders are included, as well as over 20 bikes from the official 2017 season and over 40 historical ones.
More than just a seasonal update, the title also comes with several innovations, according to lead designer Matteo Pezzotti. First for the franchise, the game will run at 60 FPS on all platforms. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a collection of three remasters from the classic platformer series starring the titular bandicoot, Crash: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, and Warped. It is developed by Vicarious Visions studio, which in addition to high-definition graphics and remastered audio, has enhanced the game with new features such as unified checkpoints, pause menus, automatic and manual saving, and, of course, PS4 trophies. A spin-off of the main Valkyria Chronicles series, the game shares similar themes but takes place in a different universe, portraying war between two vastly different nations during the European industrial revolution. As the name implies, The Golf Club 2 is a golf simulator, developed by Canadian HB Studios and published by Maximum Games.
