Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (Special Editions & Differences)

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a turn-based tactical RPG developed and published by Ubisoft exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. Like the name suggests, it is a crossover between Mario and Raving Rabbids franchises, and features four Rabbids heroes who are transported into the Mushroom Kingdom by a mysterious vortex. Joining forces with Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and Yoshi, they adventure through four different worlds filled with enemies and puzzles.

The game combines exploration with top-down, turn-based party combat. In addition to the single-player story, there is also a co-op mode with challenges for two players.

Pre-order Bonuses

All Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle pre-orders will receive the “Pixel Pack” with a set of eight unique weapons.

Best Buy also has an in-store promo where buying the game together with a Rabbids figure or another Switch title gets you a free Mario + Rabbids hat.

Collector’s Edition

The game also comes in a Collector’s Edition, which in the States is only available through GameStop. Priced at $99.99, it comes with the following extras:

• Collector’s box
• 6″ figurine of Rabbid Mario by Ubicollectibles
• A set of 12 collector’s cards
• Original soundtrack CD

Season Pass

The game will continue receiving new content post-launch, as shown by the recently-announced Season Pass.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is scheduled to be released on August 29, 2017.
