NBA 2K13 Pre-Order Bonuses (Special Editions & Differences)

NBA 2K13 is an upcoming basketball simulator from 2K Sports. It is available in two editions: regular and Dynasty. The game’s cover features Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin, and Derrick Rose.

NBA 2K13 is said to include new gameplay features and an improved My Player mode. One of these new features is the NBA All-Star Weekend with contests like Slam Dunk and Three Point Shootout. Do note that you’ll have to pre-order the game in order to get these events (more on that below).

Pre-order bonuses

Gamers who pre-order NBA 2K13 for Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 platforms will receive access to All-Star bonus content (sponsored by Sprite). The DLC includes four game modes in total:

• Slam Dunk Contest
• Three-Point Contest
• Rising Stars Challenge game
• NBA All-Star Game

This pre-order bonus isn’t exclusive to any particular retailer.

Dynasty edition

The Dynasty Edition of NBA 2K13 is priced at $99.99 and comes with some pretty cool items, including a Spalding basketball. The full contents of this collector’s edition are:

• Exclusive full-sized basketball from Spalding and Art of Basketball
• NBA2K13-branded Skullcandy INK’D earbuds
• Basketball-textured controller skin from Skinit

Of course, the All-Star DLC which is available as a pre-order bonus with the standard version of NBA 2K13 is included as well.
