This game was released on August 28, 2018 and is no longer available to pre-order. Any incentives that were offered are listed below.

Strange Brigade is a cooperative third-person shooter for one to four players developed by British studio Rebellion. The game is set in 1930s Egypt, where Seteki the Witch Queen has risen after being buried in a nameless tomb for 4,000 years. It is up to the fearless explorers of the titular Strange Brigade to fight off her armies of mummified monstrosities – and perhaps snag some ancient treasures while at it.

Each of the four playable characters comes with their own weapons, abilities, and even magic amulets which are charged by defeating enemies. Players have to work as a team to survive and accomplish objectives.

Pre-order Bonuses

Strange Brigade - Secret Service Weapons Pack

Pre-order Strange Brigade ($49.99) to get the Secret Service Weapons Pack containing three gold-plated guns as a bonus:

  • Wilkers & White P19 (Pistol): Love to shoot the supernatural? Hate wasting ammo? You’re in luck! With its butter-smooth handling the P19 pistol takes accuracy to new heights.
  • Stoudenmire 960 (SMG): The Stoudenmire may not be the heaviest of fellows, but when it fires over 900 rounds per minute with alarming accuracy, it’ll do far more than just bruise a beasty.
  • Gehrig-Delgane S1 (Rifle): This one-of-a-kind collaboration from Gehrig and Delgane packs a punch like no-other, but takes nerves of steel, or a damn fine schnapps, to master its brutish strength.

There is also a Strange Brigade PS4 theme to be had by pre-ordering via PlayStation Store. Meanwhile, pre-purchasing via Steam grants a 10% discount.

Deluxe Edition ($79.99)

The Deluxe Edition bundles the base game with the Secret Service Weapons Pack and the Season Pass. The latter contains brand new campaign missions, playable characters, character skins, weapons, weapon skins, and “much more”.

Strange Brigade will be out on August 28, 2018 worldwide for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
