No Straight Roads is an action-adventure game with rhythm-based combat developed by an independent Malaysian studio Metronomik, for who this will be their debut release. In single-player mode, the player controls either Mayday or Zuke – an indie rock duo, who set out to topple the EDM empire that controls Vinyl City, the world capital of music.
No Straight Roads can also be played by two players in a couch co-op on any platform. Exclusive to Nintendo Switch is the Assist Mode, which allows a third player to join and assist in battles.
Pre-order a physical copy of No Straight Roads for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch to receive a bonus digital soundtrack containing 21 tracks.
Alternatively, digital pre-orders on Xbox Store and Epic Games Store receive a 10% discount, reducing the price from $39.99 to $35.99 until launch.
Collector’s Edition ($79.99)
No Straight Roads‘s Collector’s Edition includes the game itself, an exclusive vinyl record, full-sized drumsticks, and a 64-page premium artbook.
No Straight Roads launches August 25, 2020 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC exclusively via Epic Games Store. Notably, the physical editions of Nintendo Switch will be delayed to September 15.
