NBA 2K17 is a basketball simulator developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports for current- and last-gen consoles as well as Windows. The cover art for the game features Paul George of Indiana Pacers, who is said to be an avid NBA 2K player himself. Meanwhile, the cover star for the aptly-named Legend Edition is the now-retired Kobe Bryant. The upcoming installment is said to feature new signature animations for most of the top NBA players in order to deliver a more authentic experience.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is an open-world, third-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Paris. Set in Bolivia, the game puts the player in the shoes of an elite special forces operative tasked with destroying Santa Blanca, a massive drug cartel that is plunging the country into chaos. It is said to be one of the largest open world games from the company yet, featuring diverse South American landscapes ranging from mountains and deserts to rainforests.

The game has 100 missions which can be completed in any order and using different approaches such as stealthy infiltration, long-range sniping, or frontal assault. The player can tackle them with the assistance of an AI squad or alongside their friends; Wildlands supports up to four-player co-op with seamless drop-in, drop-out play. There is a large variety of vehicles (motorcycles, quad bikes, helicopters, etc.) used during missions as well as free roam.

For Honor is a hack-and-slash title developed by Ubisoft Montreal for Windows and current-gen consoles. The game has three factions – the Knights, the Samurai, and the Vikings – with four classes each, wielding authentic weapons and possessing distinct combat abilities.

There is a story campaign as well as different multiplayer modes including PvP, which appears to be the focus of the game. In particular, the developers laud the “Art of Battle” system which gives the players finer control over their character during duels, allowing them to react to the moves of their opponent by parrying and counter-attacking.

Horizon Zero Dawn is a PlayStation-exclusive action RPG developed by Guerrilla Games, the makers of Killzone. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by dinosaur-like machines which have evolved to become a part of the planet’s ecosystem. The remnants of humanity now live in primitive tribal settlements, hunting the robotic wildlife for their components.

The main character of the game is Aloy, a young woman who seeks to uncover the truth behind the fall of the ancient civilization. The game features a vast open world with no loading screens, and plenty of side-quests in addition to the main story.

Forza Horizon 3 is an open-world racing game developed by Playground Games and published by Microsoft. This time the Horizon Festival takes you to Australia, where you’ll be able to tear through roads, beaches, rainforests, and the dusty outback while listening to one of the eight radio stations or your own music collection on OneDrive.

The game has an impressive total of 350 Forzavista-enabled cars, and a map twice as large as that of its predecessor. Horizon 3 also offers more customization including widebody kits, vanity licence plates, tire lettering, and even horn sounds. Finally, the fan-favorite Auction House and Storefront features are returning in the upcoming installment.

Forza Horizon 3 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means you can play it on both Xbox One and Windows 10 at no additional cost. Cross-platform play is supported in the four-player seamless campaign co-op.

ReCore is an action-adventure game with some with puzzle and platform elements developed by Comcept and Armature Studio. The game’s protagonist is Joule Adams, one of the last remaining humans in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by mechanical enemies of all shapes. Joule is aided by her own robotic companions called Corebots, each of which has unique abilities to aid their fearless leader in her journey.

The game is a part of Microsoft’s new Xbox Play Anywhere initiative, which essentially means that you can play it on both Xbox One and Windows 10 (UWP) at no additional cost. Cross-save is also supported between the two platforms. According to the official website, ReCore promises more than 12 hours of gameplay at a price tag of $40.

Attack on Titan is an upcoming action game based on a popular Japanese manga and anime series of the same name. It is developed by Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo. While the game originally only launched on PlayStation consoles in Japan, the Western release will also include Xbox One and Windows (Steam) versions.

Attack on Titan features the key moments and characters from the anime, and offers some additional content as well. Players battle Titans, accomplish missions, and earn resources used to upgrade their swords and 3D maneuver gear. There is a Survey Mode which allows the players to roam freely outside the city walls. The game also has a multiplayer co-op mode supporting up to four people.
